Position Title: Senior Customer Service Agent
Base Pay: $62,600.00-86,800 plus

A full service supply company is searching a dynamic people to develop business to business commerce ways for a specific range of product areas. The significance of the specified position is to provide leadership for the successful administration and enhancement of the worldwide supply chain. You will be responsible to create a proactive S/C group, oriented toward continuous improvement. The company needs your desire to broaden your proficiency into assets of business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate with the project head to evaluate customer orders versus available items to develop a weekly ship plan and meet on-time delivery
- - Consult with manufacturers for best possible solution and alternating solutions keeping company business requirements
- Purchases highly unstable quantities of goods. Detect alternatives of supply, evaluate supplier inventory, argue price and place orders to meet costumers' needs.
- Analyze sales trend and develop effective marketing strategies
- Control the accounts costs and orders delivering steps; control packing lists
- Travel to supplier locations to review product mix, gather feedback, and share facts with the team
- Coordinate clearly with overseas customers and domestic dealers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Should be able to simply learn purchasing description and offer solutions to get client needs
- Good attention to detail in purchasing methods, methods of transportation and handling
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to complete multiple projects and work well under supervision and other enforcement
- Good report writing, multitasking, mathematical skills
