I just received a very similar one with the same email but it appears to be from Davis-Jackson, Rachel M MD (there is an actual Dr. with that name buy nowhere near me) Says I have a check in their office and to email Mr. Adam at fedex09@outlook.sa. The disclosure at the end is worded the same and from Saint Francis Health System.
