  2. Same here !!! & wow ! we are all supposed to get 7.5 million dollars (of which he wants $750,000 for his work)
but he told me to keep it quiet because his "boss" does not know he is doing it !!! but then he wants me to email him back my consent ! which is funny because in one hand he does not want anyone to know of our arrangement & on the other if I screw him he will pull out the email in which I consented on (funny because he makes it seem illegal but thinks he can sue me if I screw him)

  5. I have received ~6 of these emails as well (on my personal email - @aol.com) so decided to Google it and found your posts. Thank you for sharing. I figured they were a scam and did not open the attachment due to potential virus. Wish the emails would stop!! Have a great day.

  6. I've received a few letters saying I'm getting paid $7.5 Million. I've also gotten a letter from a guy in Nigeria saying pretty much the same thing.

  8. I had the same one. He claims to live in Rawtenstall which in Lancashire UK. This is only a few miles from where I live. I am a qualified Barrister having been called to the Bar by The Inner Temple 15 years ago. I have never heard of a Barrister called Christpoher Stafford! Also the grammar spelling and overall use of English is awaful! whoever is behind this is clearly not a native English speaker. I would call them half wits but quarter wit would be more accurate!

  9. I, too, just now opened the attachment which said I was due $7.5M and his share would be %10 or $750,000 and he would handle everything. It is April 19, about 3:20 here in eastern USA. I have not responded nor do I intend to do so. I'm pleased to see a real lawyer responding from the area this Christopher Stafford says he is located and I agree that his use of the language is not very good. So many of these come from Nigeria and Ghana.

    Ignore them.

  11. Me too. They start with an email from "Mrs. Sarah Campbell", then you're directed to "Barrister Caroline Mills", THEN to this guy...
I like to play their games as I have nothing they can take from me. Zero credit, no bank account, etc...
