    I received the same ones on 5/3/13. Outlook filtered it to my junkmail.

    ...but if you decide to do this, do it with an alternate, fake email address. If you respond from your actual email address, that will let the spammer/phisher know that your email address is active, and then they can sell it to other spammers/phishers.
